Chakra Healing vs. K-Saju (Part 10) / Final Reflection – Energy, Time, and the Flow of Becoming
〈Final Reflection – Energy, Time, and the Flow of Becoming〉
The site of Changgyeonggung Palace was originally the site of 壽康宮, which was built in 1418 to honor King Taejong when King Sejong ascended the throne. At this time, the name of Myeongjeongjeon was given to Seo Geo-jeong, who was left in Uijeongbu, and Sangryangmun was given to Kim Jong-jik, who was right-handed. [1] Although Changgyeonggung Palace did not exist much after King Sejong, during the reign of King Seongjong, Changgyeonggung Palace was established on the site of Yeokgung Palace to serve the king and the contrast. It was used as a law instead of Geunjeongjeon Hall of Jeonggung Palace (Gyeongbok Palace), which was burned down after the Imjin War, and Injeongjeon Hall of Changdeokgung Palace.
Myeongjeongjeon Hall was constructed in the 15th year of King Seongjong (1484), the ninth year of the Joseon Dynasty, and was rebuilt in the 8th year of King Gwanghaegun (1616), when it was burned down during the Imjin War. All of the palaces of the Joseon Dynasty were oriented southward, and this Jeongjeon Hall is oriented according to geographical reasons for feng shui and geographical reasons. According to the Royal Palace, the Gwangjeongmun Gate and the Gwangbeom 範 Gate, which are now defunct, were located in the south on the right and north on the left, respectively, including the existing Myeongjeongmun Gate to the east. Later, during the reign of King Yeongjo, a ritual was held to welcome Queen Jeongsun as a caterer.
– What Moves You Forward?
The image, titled "The Flow of Becoming," is a surreal and symbolic representation of two distinct yet complementary spiritual philosophies: Chakra Healing and K-Saju.
Verticality of Chakra Healing: A central, towering pillar of radiant light ascends vertically, symbolizing the energy flow and layered centers of the body addressed in Chakra Healing. This pillar represents internal, somatic work and the journey inward.
Horizontality of K-Saju: A wide, winding river meanders horizontally through the landscape, representing the cyclical nature of time and the greater currents of the universe emphasized in K-Saju. This river symbolizes external, patterned, and rhythmic flow.
Convergence and Synthesis: The two paths converge at the bottom of the image, where a luminous path emerges and extends toward the viewer, suggesting that combining these two perspectives—one focused on internal energy and the other on external timing—leads to a clear and harmonious way forward on one's life journey. The landscape includes ancient ruins and modern cities, further illustrating that this journey spans across time and different stages of life.
Some approaches begin with energy.
They ask: how do you feel now? What can be cleared or balanced in this moment?
Others begin with time.
They ask: what rhythm are you living through? What is meant to open—and when?
Chakra Healing moves inward, into the body’s energy flow.
K-Saju moves outward, into time’s greater currents.
And in this final reflection, we ask—not which is better,
but how each sees the journey of becoming.
– Two Ways of Reading
This image contrasts Chakra Healing and K-Saju in their final reflection. Chakra Healing emphasizes rituals of energy alignment within the body, while K-Saju highlights cycles of time and elemental rhythm. Together, they show two complementary paths—one inward, one outward—for navigating balance, timing, and the continuous journey of becoming.
Chakra Healing reads through the body.
It sees energy as layered centers, each holding a specific emotion, instinct, or memory.
The structure is vertical, somatic, and deeply personal.
K-Saju reads through time.
It sees energy as elemental and cyclical—structured by birth, shaped by flow, revealed through timing.
The structure is horizontal, patterned, and deeply rhythmic.
Neither map is the whole world.
But both help you navigate it.
– Ritual vs. Rhythm
In Chakra work, ritual creates rhythm.
The act of returning—daily, gently, insistently—invites balance.
In K-Saju, rhythm creates ritual.
The unfolding of cycles gives meaning to the timing of your efforts.
Sometimes you build rhythm from the inside.
Sometimes it builds around you.
– Practice and Perspective
Chakra rituals are participatory.They say:
“You are the one who clears, aligns, softens.”
K-Saju offers perspective.
It says: “You are also the one moving through something larger.”
Both systems meet in a single truth:
You are not static.
You are always becoming.
– Knowing, Trusting, Becoming
You have the power to work with energy.
And you have the wisdom to listen to timing.
One helps you move.
The other helps you wait.
One says: Open here.
The other says: Not yet—but soon.
Neither limits your path.
They simply show different ways to walk it.
– When You Become the Flow
Some days, you meet your energy where it is.
You breathe, release, and bring the body back to balance.
Other days, you wait. You read the signs.
You understand: this is not the moment to push—it is the season to prepare.
Chakra Healing offers tools for presence.
K-Saju offers maps for timing.
Each holds a different light.
And sometimes, the path forward becomes clearer—when you know which light you're walking with.
