Myeongjeongjeon Hall, also known as Myeongjeongjeon Hall, used to be a venue for important national events such as royal coronation ceremonies, servants' weddings, past exams, and royal banquets. Myeongjeongjeon Hall was built in 1484 (the 15th year of King Seongjong's reign) and was destroyed during the Japanese invasion of Korea in 1616 (the 8th year of King Gwanghaegun's reign), which is currently the oldest building in the palace. The Geongjeongjeon Hall at Gyeongbokgung Palace and the Injeongjeon Hall at Changdeokgung Palace are medium-sized, but the Myeongjeongjeon Hall was built as a single-story building.

– Why Do Feelings Get Stuck?

Chakra Healing vs. K-Saju: Emotional Blocks - Energy or Timing?
Causes of Emotional Difficulties: Chakra Healing views emotional struggles as blocks trapped in specific energy centers within the body, while K-Saju interprets them as issues of timing, arising from the flow of time and imbalances in the Five Elements. Approach to Resolution: Chakra Healing focuses on action—releasing blocked energy and restoring movement. In contrast, K-Saju emphasizes awareness—understanding the season in which emotions arise and recognizing their meaning. Core Message: Both approaches share the belief that emotional difficulties are not personal failures, but rather messages emerging from either the body’s energy flow or the rhythm of time.

Some emotions seem to repeat.

Frustration that keeps returning.

Guilt that lingers long after forgiveness.

The feeling of being “off,” even when everything looks fine on the outside.

Is it an energy block?

Or is the moment itself misaligned?

– Reading Emotional Disruption

Chakra Healing vs. K-Saju (Part 3) — Emotional Blocks: Chakra Imbalance or Timing Misalignment?
This image contrasts how Chakra Healing and K-Saju interpret emotional struggles. Chakra Healing locates emotional blocks within specific energy centers in the body (e.g., Heart, Solar Plexus, Throat), encouraging practices that release and move blocked energy. K-Saju, in contrast, frames emotions within cycles of time, elemental imbalances, and dynamic relationships, seeing feelings as part of larger rhythms rather than purely personal blocks. The comparison highlights action vs. awareness: Chakra Healing empowers movement and release, while K-Saju emphasizes understanding meaning and timing. Both approaches suggest that emotions may carry messages, not failures.

In Chakra Healing, blocked emotions are often traced to specific centers.

Tightness in the chest? It may be the Heart Chakra.

Fear in the gut? Possibly the Solar Plexus.

Unspoken words? The Throat Chakra may be holding energy.

Each emotion has a home.

The system offers a structure where feelings live in the body—and healing means restoring movement to those places.

K-Saju approaches emotions through elemental imbalance and energy relationships.

For example, someone experiencing chronic frustration might be navigating a strong Wood period, where assertive Output energy dominates but lacks control from Metal.

Or perhaps their personal chart lacks Fire energy—the spark that transforms thought into joy.

Rather than localizing emotion in the body, K-Saju places it in a system of moving parts—a structure of time, tension, and transition.

– Emotional Patterns or Timed Waves?

Chakra work asks:

“What part of you is holding this feeling?”

K-Saju asks:

“What cycle is amplifying this emotional tone right now?”

A sadness that doesn’t lift may not be “just yours.”

It might be that your current Sewoon (세운: se-woon) brings strong Water energy—introspective, heavy, inward-moving.

Or perhaps your Daewoon (대운: dae-woon) is highlighting Authority energy, surfacing old conflicts with control or pressure.

Where Chakra Healing seeks to release emotion in the present,

K-Saju may reveal that you’re in a season where this emotion is meant to rise and be witnessed.

– Releasing or Reframing?

In Chakra Healing, you move the emotion.

You breathe into it. You cry, write, shake, chant. You engage until the energy shifts.

In K-Saju, you observe the emotion within a broader context. Not as something to purge, but as a signal of what this time is asking you to feel. You work with meaning, not just movement.

– Action vs. Awareness

Chakra Healing empowers you to change state—to move, unblock, and regulate.

K-Saju empowers you to understand what this state means, and how long it might last.

One says, “Let’s move this energy.”

The other says, “Let’s understand its rhythm.”

And sometimes, you need both.

– When Emotion Is Also a Message

Not every heavy feeling is a personal failing.

Some are cycles. Some are echoes. Some are part of a timed unfolding.

Whether you release it through the body or watch it through time,

your emotion is not wrong.

It may simply be arriving right on time.
